The existing three-family, built in 1847, was converted into two residential townhouse condominiums, totaling 6,200 sq. ft. Each condo features 4 br, 4.5 baths, and all the comforts of 21st century city life.

For taking such great care, the building was awarded a Historic Preservation Award from the Cambridge Historical Commission.
