SGL Development Inc. is currently accepting applications for a Real Estate Acquisition Analyst at our office located at 810 Memorial Drive, Ste 105, Cambridge, MA 02139.

Job duties: 1. Recommend properties suitable for acquisition and development by conducting the necessary financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
2. Employ financial models to develop solutions to investments or to assess the financial or capital impact of real estate transactions.
3. Review and prepare market data by evaluating the overall technical and financial feasibility of a potential project.
4. Collaborate on projects with other professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, investors, or brokers.
5. Make recommendations to raise equity from investors for new projects.
6. Present oral and written reports on general real estate market trends and individual projects.
7. Maintain knowledge of real estate market activities, trends and opportunities.

 Minimum job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management is required (the bachelor’s degree must include one or more courses in each of the following: calculus, finance and statistics).  This position requires only little domestic travel to clients' sites.
